By Norm Foster
Presented by arrangement with Playwrights Canada
Press.
Directed by Marion Pintello
This full-length comedy takes place on adjoining apartment balconies,
on the flight path in the big city. John Cummings, played by Jonathan Bass,
makes friends with three different next-door neighbors, all played by Whitney Pintello McClelland.
Full of sparkling dialogue, loveable characters, human situations and lots of laughs, “Here On The Flight Path”
is a delightful comedy, written to lift the spirit.
“Here On The Flight Path” is written by Norm Foster, known as “Canada’s Neil Simon,” and one of the Pintellos’
favorite authors. The actors are both veterans of South County Stages, and are already hard at work on their scripts.
With only two actors to share the stage, it’s quite a challenge, they both admit. “The rehearsals have kept us in stitches,
” says director Marion Pintello, “Rod and I are delighted with everything about this production. We’re especially pleased to
be back at Eagle Ridge where the staff has been so enthusiastic and helpful. We’re all anxious to impress new patrons, and offer
a new entertainment event.”
